• We are looking for a Senior to Manager role responsible for reviewing all Super Fund files and working within a growing Super Fund team.
• You will have an ability to foster fantastic client relationships
• You will anticipate and ensure that client needs are attended to quickly with up-to-date and accurate superannuation advice, you know how to make a client feel the love!
• You enjoy having a lot to do and gain energy from being busy, but without compromising accuracy. We also understand you have a life outside of work
• You are happy to work collaboratively with our entire team to deliver on our business deadlines and team goals
• You need to be CA or CPA qualified (or working towards completion), and have experience working for a Chartered Accounting firm

• You will mentor a team of exceptional up & coming accountants that are effective and consistent in delivering great results – they are also great people!
• You are happy to work collaboratively with our entire team to deliver on our business deadlines and team goals
• You’ll get involved in Advisory projects across the Business, Strategic and Tax services, and drive innovation in Business Services methodologies
• You need to be CA or CPA qualified, have experience working for a Chartered Accounting firm and have Advanced Excel skills, plus be more than dangerous with PowerPoint, Word and of course, Xero
Experience in tax advisory or financial reporting (under AASB)? We are also looking for a Corporate Reporting Specialist!

• We’ll allocate you a client base with a mixture of client groups that are interesting & diverse, and you will have an ability to foster fantastic client relationships
• You will anticipate and ensure that client needs are attended to quickly with up-to-date and accurate advice, you know how to make a client feel the love!
• You will have solid experience in researching and writing detailed tax advice using a variety of industry resources. Your ability to translate complex tax regulations into clear, actionable insights and written advice will be essential for helping our clients succeed.

• You will mentor a team of exceptional up & coming accountants that are effective and consistent in delivering great results – they are also great people!

About the Role:
This pivotal position involves providing comprehensive support to the directors of our business. Your contributions will be critical in enabling the directors to focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients, making strong organisational skills and discretion essential.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about enhancing the experience for both our team and our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and is proactive in taking initiative to improve the directors' workflow & overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary support to directors
Efficiently manage diaries, including scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements
Oversee inbox management and respond to correspondence promptly
Assist with personal tasks, ensuring the handling of sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
Support administration overflow, including attending to incoming phone calls and drafting invoices
About You:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
Prior experience in a similar role is essential, with any background in accounting or finance being a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
Highly developed written and verbal communication abilities
Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and confidentiality, especially when handling highly sensitive information
Exceptional planning, organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills
Act as the primary gatekeeper
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands
