    Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Tax Advisory & Compliance Manager in either our Sydney CBD or Cronulla office to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in leading our team and shaping how we deliver our services.

    What You’ll Be Doing?

    • Take ownership of an allocated portfolio of business clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor

    • Deliver end to end tax compliance and advisory services, including income tax, activity statements and FBT, ensuring all work meets legislative, ATO and internal technical standards

    • Interpret and apply tax and commercial legislation to client specific circumstances, delivering high quality written tax advice across business structuring, tax planning and compliance matters

    • Review and oversee the preparation of complex tax returns and compliance work, providing technical oversight and sign off, including matters involving complex structures, international tax exposure or consolidated groups where applicable

    • Manage client scope, timelines and expectations while allocating and controlling workflow across clients to achieve deadlines, budget targets and consistent quality standards

    • Mentor and develop junior and intermediate accountants through coaching and review, contributing to team capability and knowledge sharing, and firm wide process improvement initiatives

    What We Are Looking For?

    • CA or CPA qualified with a degree in Commerce, Business or equivalent, and around six or more years’ experience in a professional services accounting firm

    • Strong experience delivering business services tax compliance and advisory, including income tax, activity statements and FBT, with proven ability to prepare and review written tax advice

    • Confident manager of client relationships and engagements, with sound judgement around risk, scope and commercial outcomes

    • Commercially astute communicator who can clearly explain complex tax matters to clients, team members and Partners

    • Experienced reviewer and mentor who contributes positively to team capability, collaboration and firm initiatives

    • Any Business Services experience will be highly favoured!

    This role can be full-time or part-time and be based in our Sydney CBD or Cronulla office and is primarily office based, with some travel between offices as required.

    Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Client Business Services Manager in either our Sydney CBD or Cronulla office to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in leading our team and shaping how we deliver our services.

    What You’ll Be Doing?

    • Manage an allocated portfolio of private business clients, business owners and family groups, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, trusted relationships.

    • Proactively identify client needs and deliver timely, practical business and tax advice, ensuring clients feel supported, valued and well looked after.

    • Manage client expectations, scope, deliverables and timelines to ensure consistent service quality and strong commercial outcomes.

    • Deliver end‑to‑end tax compliance and advisory services across income tax, BAS, IAS and FBT with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

    • Interpret and apply tax and commercial legislation to client circumstances, translating technical issues into clear and practical outcomes.

    • Mentor and develop junior team members through review, coaching and knowledge sharing.

    • Coordinate workflow and job management to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities and maintain consistent quality standards.

    • Contribute ideas and drive continuous improvement in how Business Services work is delivered.

     

     

    What We Are Looking For?

    • CA or CPA qualified with a degree in Commerce, Business or equivalent, and around six or more years’ experience in a professional services accounting firm

With an incredible team across our Sydney CBD and Cronulla offices, we are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant who enjoys hands‑on work, client interaction, and being a trusted part of the delivery team.

    What You’ll Be Doing?

    • Prepare and review financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals

    • Prepare and review income tax returns across all entity types

    • Prepare BAS, IAS, and FBT returns in line with legislative and ATO requirements

    • Prepare tax reconciliations and support tax calculations and disclosures

    • Manage jobs end‑to‑end, including planning, execution, and delivery with the support of a manager.

    • Work directly with clients to explain financial and tax outcomes in plain English

    • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities and escalate appropriately to Managers or Partners

    What We Are Looking For?

    • CA or CPA qualified, or working towards qualification

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional services accounting firm

    • Strong experience in business services tax compliance

    • Sound working knowledge of Australian income tax, GST, and FBT

    • Ability to read, interpret, and apply tax legislation and ATO guidance

    • Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients

    • High attention to detail with a practical, commercial mindset
